At last - budget PS3 games..?

I’ve had a PS3 for about 9 months now and I’m still playing Heavenly Sword and MotorStorm. Not because they’re great games (which they are), but because the games for the PS3 are just so damn expensive. Sadly with 3 kids and a big mortgage, I struggle to justify shelling out €50+ on something that’s just for my entertainment.
But happily it seems that there may be light at the end of the tunnel in the shape of the “Platinum” series for PS3. This was always a good range for the PS2, generally shipping out games that have fallen out of the charts a while back, but are still probably worth having. And now it appears that they may doing the same job for the PS3. Hurrah for Sony and lets hope they stick to the true meaning of the word “budget” when they set the pricing.
