    Our last day on Ile de Re with the Dixies before they move back to England. It was a fittingly lovely day, combining a lovely meal, a walk on the beach, and, of course, a spot of mushroom hunting!

    We are going to miss these guys so much. Our weekends just won't be the same without our usual sunday morning message: "Picnic, Ile de Re, 1 hour?' 

    Great friends. Good times.

    @stufromotown Yep, don't know what went wrong first time around.

    @70steen - Yeah, it was a very sad end to a really lovely day. But we know they are going to do just great back in the UK and will go from strength to strength. Just hope they get back to see us lots!

    Haha yes indeed, tho I suspect Sylvie has that firmly locked away until the end of the auction just in case he's tempted to tuck it in a removal box ;)
